The Dewan family

The Dewan family of Hoa Long village, Phuoc Tuy province circa 1966-1967. An assistance programme was developed for the family after they were 'adopted' by 161 Battery, RNZA after their deployment to Nui Dat. This included church donations, the building of a lean-to on the family house, and gifts from the St Mary's Silverstream Young Wives Fellowship in New Zealand.
