My father, James Bruce Taawhi Kerehona served as a Gunner with 161 Fld Bty in Vietnam from 6th October 1967 - 18th October 1968.
I am currently writing a book about my family's military history and will write a story for this site shortly, however, I have submitted this entry so that I can upload and submit a number of photographs of my father in Vietnam.

Good Luck with your project.
Good Luck with your project. Your father would have worked with the Australian batteries with which I served in '68. He would also have served at FSB Balmoral in Bien Hoa Province along with 102/12 Field battery at FSB Coral about 1.5 clicks away.
You may not know (and it is not particularly relevant to your project) that 102 Bty received the first ever Honour Title granted by the Australian Government on May, 2008.
I would be happy to help you in any way I can to supplement the information you seek for your project. I think your commemoration of your family's military history is commendable.
